Procom is a customer driven business. As the business owner whose hands are involved with every project I strive to have the same thoughts and concerns that my client will have on each transaction. Alleviating those concerns before they become an issue is our personalized solution approach to any and all of our clients problems. Active and proactive business practices is what sets our service a cut above the big box distributors. I have always said I care more because it’s their product and my money on those trucks, I want both of those to get there safely and on time to keep that client coming back to me again and again. For the majority of my clients, I have multiple decades old relationships with and or are referrals from these same customers.
